FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a group programme?  
A: This programme is an online group programme so it can be done in your own time in the comfort of your own home. The group part comes in to act as support and motivation for you throughout your journey. There will be other like-minded women going through exactly the same process as you so that you can share wins and help each other when needed.
How long will it take me to go through the entire programme?
A: It’s broken down into 10 modules. I would recommend doing 1 module a week and then working on implementing those actions. Rushing through it will mean that you are not allowing yourself enough time to focus on each step so I only open each week at the right time - this is all about making changes as easy and simple as possible to fit in with your everyday life. If you feel that you are unable to complete a module every week, or you have a holiday one week, then that’s fine too, just start the next module when you feel ready.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the programme?
A: This is a self-paced programme but the videos are around 8-20 minutes long each week and I suggest allowing about twice that to properly answer the worksheets to get the most out of them. The workouts will depend on how often you can find time to do them and your level of fitness but they start at just 5 minutes and can all be done in your living room!
In terms of the action they take no time at all! They are simple things that can be fitted into your life without you even realising. That’s the key thing here - small changes add up to a big difference without you even realising.

Do I have to follow a meal plan as I’m not sure my kids will eat it?
A: No. I don’t believe that meal plans are a long term solution. We have all tried it and by day 3 we have missed something or it’s got too complicated. Instead I help you discover which foods are right for you and your unique body type and each week I will also encourage you to try a new food. Everything we do is family friendly.
What if I can’t make the office hour sessions?
A: That’s fine. On the day of the live session I will post a thread in the FB group and you can ask any questions you want covered there. After the call I will post a replay in the group so you can watch it in your own time.
When can I expect to see results?
A: How long is a piece of string! This completely depends on you, your body type, how much you have dieted in the past, how much weight you have to lose plus also your approach to the formula and whether you follow it fully or just a little bit! But we are here to support you every step of the way.
Do I need equipment for the workouts?
A: No. They are all simple exercises you can do in your living room just using your body weight.
What if I have trouble accessing the programme or have a question? How can I get help? 
A: Just tag me or Sharky our Personal Trainer in the Facebook Group and we’ll get it sorted for you. We are in there everyday anyway so will be happy to answer anything that comes up. And don’t ever be afraid to ask, no question is silly as guaranteed someone else is thinking it too!
